     Blogger is a blog-publishing service that allows multi-user blogs with time-stamped entries. It was developed by Pyra Labs, which was bought by Google in 2003. The blogs are hosted by Google and generally accessed from a subdomain of blogspot.com.
      The hobby of some people are writing stories or tech information and they also try to reach their 
writings to public. Blogger provide a better platform to become a blogger and one who can write anything and who can publish his writing by using Blogger. 
       Blogger provides public free domain under blogspot.com. Any user who has a Gmail account who can simply create Blog under Blogger or blogspot.
